Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management and operation of catering operations in the jurisdiction, control food safety, fire safety, control catering service risk points, improve food quality, monitor product import rate, and be responsible for catering satisfaction in the jurisdiction 2. Responsible for catering in the jurisdiction Ensure the normal operation of the operation system, formulate various work plans reasonably, supervise and monitor the implementation process, put forward effective rectification suggestions, and be responsible for the operation results of the catering project 3. Support the preparation and revision of the quality manual, procedure documents, operating instructions and work forms of the catering service module, and be responsible for implementation 4. Manage and evaluate catering suppliers (central kitchen and on-site service providers), and initiate timely Conduct interviews with suppliers for rectification, evaluate supplier renewal and replacement, and ensure that the supplier's service quality and food products meet ByteDance's requirements 5. Independently manage and operate regional catering or on-site cooking buildings to ensure that all catering KPIs meet regulations 6. 2. Independently plan the implementation, review and optimization of food festivals and special holiday catering plans keep monitoring of user feedback, and promptly resolve users reasonable demands through effective coordination and communication, and properly handle unreasonable demands.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of catering management experience in group catering, Internet catering, well-known chain catering, and star-rated catering Experience is preferred 2. Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the national catering industry, and familiar with the operation and management standards of the group catering industry 3. Strong learning ability and self-driving ability, self-breakthrough and challenging spirit, clear work ideas 4. Have catering activities Planning ability, dining reception experience is preferred 5. Good data analysis ability 6. Good communication and coordination skills.
