Foundry Operations & Product Sourcing Managar

What you will do:

• Participate in product sourcing team and external foundry-related departments to search for suitable suppliers to meet Nexperia BG project requirements

• This position is dedicated to Product Sourcing and BG Bipolar (eventually minor bandwidth for BG ICS)

• Review suppliers info and screen out suitable candidates with Nexperia project teams

• Support R&D projects and play a role in the technical communication interface between BG R&D & EM suppliers

• Familiar with product electrical performance analysis skills including reliability test results

• Project management and issue-solving capabilities - to drive project progress

What you will need:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or Industrial Management

• Experienced in semiconductor manufacturing, device engineering, process integration / NPI, discrete semiconductor manufacturing, discrete MOSFET, Diodes, BCD and Schottky diodes

• Preference to engineering staff with product purchasing experience and familiarity with the products of Bipolar discrete, Schottky diodes, CMOS, Logic, MOSFET, Diodes and BCD

• Project management skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work in the international environment, across internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers

• Fluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessary
