Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of ByteDance's system department business (including but not limited to delivery planning, resource management, operation and maintenance, business costs, etc.) 2. Participate in the system analysis and design work of the project, and undertake the code writing of core functions and public core architecture modules 3. Solve various difficult and complicated problems, optimize the system, and complete the precipitation of products, platforms and components 4. Continuously monitor the online system systematically and manage its performance, stability and experience 5. Reasonably arrange the team's work rhythm, predict and handle project risks in advance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors 2. More than three years of front-end work experience, front-end architecture and implementation experience, successful cases, IaaS, PaaS, and supply chain business experience are preferred 3. Proficient in basic skills related to Web front-end development: NPM, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, network, etc. 4. Good product awareness, pursuit of user needs, experience, interaction, operation process, etc., and willing to use product effects as the most important driving factor for work 5. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and meticulous work, good service awareness, and good team communication and collaboration skills 6. Excellent document expression skills and clear organization.
