The TikTok R&D team aims to realize the R&D work of TikTok business and build and maintain industry-leading products. Join us, you will be exposed to core business scenarios including user growth, social networking, live broadcast, e-commerce C-end, content creation, content consumption, etc., to support the rapid development of products in the global track you will also be exposed to technical challenges in service architecture, basic technology and other directions, to ensure that the business continues to serve users with high quality, high efficiency and security at the same time, you can also provide comprehensive technical solutions for different business scenarios, optimize various product indicators and user experience. Here, the team is professional and pure, and the cooperative atmosphere is equal and relaxed. Currently, multiple positions are open in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. 1. Lead and develop a team of front-end R&D engineers 2. Work closely with product/operation teams to jointly promote the benign iteration of products 3. Formulate long-term technical and business goals and break them into executable roadmaps 4. Promote close collaboration between cross-functional teams, balance pros and cons, and ensure project delivery 5. Guide the design of technical solutions, help team members grow, and accumulate technical precipitation.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of front-end engineering experience, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS, familiar with one MVX (React/Vue/Angular) framework, familiar with front-end engineering, familiar with at least one state management framework, and have performance tuning capabilities 2. Experience in leading an engineering team 3. Candidates with the following experience are preferred: (1) Experience in website front-end work or full-stack development experience (2) Agile, learning ability, highly self-driven, and a strong sense of product ownership (3) Good coding habits and a passion for elegant architectural design (4) Good cooperation and team spirit, and the ability to work in a fast-growing, culturally diverse, and distributed team environment at home and abroad.
