Front-end Development Leader-Feishu Low-code Business (Beijing)

1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the front-end team of the low-code platform, formulate medium- and long-term plans, and build a combat-ready team 2. Continuously improve the front-end application architecture and engineering architecture, and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the front-end team's output 3. Have a good benchmarking of the industry's PaaS, aPaaS, and SaaS platforms, continuously optimize the architecture design plan, participate in the formulation of solutions, and promote the implementation of various businesses.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or software, management experience is preferred 2. Solid programming skills and coding habits, familiar with mainstream front-end development frameworks 3. Practical experience in front-end engineering, and architectural design capabilities 4. Good team communication and collaboration skills, good sense of responsibility, excellent problem discovery and problem solving skills, good self-drive and learning ability 5. Experience in SaaS and PaaS is preferred, and experience in open source projects is preferred.
