Lead the team to be responsible for the front-end development of C-end related businesses of international short video PGC business 2. Promote and improve product interaction, optimize product stability and ease of use, and enhance user experience 3. Formulate team technical planning, maintain the overall technical advancement of the front-end team, and provide relevant technical guidance 4. Responsible for the daily management, construction and project promotion of the team.
Qualifications
1. Computer-related major, more than 5 years of experience in Web front-end development, more than 2 years of team management experience 2. Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React/Vue, understand the underlying principles, and be able to use them flexibly 3. Familiar with front-end engineering and its principles, and have good architecture design and engineering design capabilities 4. Have your own understanding of business directions such as content, authors, and ecology. Bonus points 5. Have full-stack practice, familiarity with Node/Python/Go, and cross-end development experience (Lynx/React Native/Weex/Flutter). Bonus points 6.
