Front-end R&D Leader-International E-commerce C-end

1. Lead the team to be responsible for the front-end development of ByteDance's international e-commerce related platforms and products 2. Promote and improve product interaction, optimize product stability and ease of use, and enhance user experience 3. Improve team engineering efficiency by building automated tool platforms and abstract common components 4. Develop team technical plans, maintain the overall technical advancement of the front-end team, and provide relevant technical guidance 5. Responsible for the daily management, construction and project advancement of the team.

1. Computer-related major, more than 5 years of Web front-end development experience, with team management experience 2. Proficient in various Web front-end technologies, familiar with common technical development models such as object-oriented and functional programming 3. Have a certain understanding of mainstream front-end frameworks, and have at least one large-scale project experience in modern libraries or frameworks (such as: Backbone, Angular, React, Vue) 4. Have practical experience in front-end architecture design, performance optimization, componentization and modularization 5. Familiar with front-end engineering tools, such as Fis3, Webpack, Rollup, etc. 6. Good team spirit and awareness, optimistic and cheerful, strong adaptability, able to face pressure positively, good service awareness and cross-team communication and collaboration capabilities.
