Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the front-end development and management of ByteDance's international e-commerce supply chain business products, and lead the construction of international supply chain capabilities 2. Responsible for promoting and optimizing the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end projects 3. Actively promote product improvements, including technology, user experience, products and other dimensions 4. Develop team technical plans, maintain the overall technical advancement of the front-end team, and provide relevant technical guidance 5. Responsible for the daily management of the team and project advancement.
Qualifications
1. Computer-related major, more than 5 years of Web front-end development experience, management experience is preferred pursuit of extreme and perfection, work with excellence, good at summarizing and exploring the essence of things 2. Have a certain understanding of mainstream front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular, etc.), at least have in-depth application of one of them pay attention to Web development, be passionate about new technologies, and expect or have developed excellent products 3. Have a practical understanding and practical experience in Web applications that achieve high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience 4. Have team spirit, optimistic and cheerful personality, strong adaptability, can actively face pressure, have good service awareness and cross-team communication and collaboration capabilities 5. Familiar with one of the server-side languages (Node.js/Python/Java/Golang/PHP), and have experience in server-side development 6.
