The TikTok Live R&D team aims to implement the R&D work of TikTok's live broadcast business and build and maintain industry-leading products. Responsible for the construction of international live broadcast, including but not limited to the front-end business and infrastructure research and development of the back-end, user-side products, and various scale activities in scenarios such as mobile/desktop 2. Responsible for the technical management of one/multiple sub-directions of live broadcast business (such as basic community, revenue, operation, etc.), participate in the planning and formulation of business goals and the dismantling and implementation, and be responsible for the final indicators of the business 3. Responsible for the team's technical planning, core solution design and technical breakthroughs, and coordinate the resources of all parties, reasonably divide the work, and promote the implementation efficiently 4. Responsible for the establishment of the technical team, talent training, team influence building and team management, and improve the efficiency of remote and cross-regional communication.
Qualifications
1. 4 years or more of front-end development experience, excellent system architecture design ability, and the ability to learn quickly and transfer experience 2. Have good service awareness, learning ability, cross-team communication and collaboration ability, and have English communication and collaboration ability 3. Experience in multi-terminal development (such as Naitve/PC/Server, etc.) is preferred, and experience in complex project implementation is preferred 4. Those with experience in leading and building a team are preferred.
