Responsibilities
ByteDance's Web Infrastructure Team is committed to providing excellent technical solutions to help the company's business growth, while creating an open technology ecosystem to promote the development of front-end technologies for the company and the industry. 1. Responsible for the R&D of front-end UI framework related projects 2. Participate in the front-end UI framework related cutting-edge technology research, undertake key and difficult technical breakthroughs 3. Responsible for technology selection and research, put forward professional and reasonable solution suggestions, and promote technology-driven to generate more business value 4. Continuously optimize engineering architecture, R&D tools and workflows, pursue extreme efficiency, performance and stability 5. Explore the future R&D paradigm and technical boundaries in the field of front-end UI framework.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with the usage of mainstream UI frameworks and related technology stacks in the community, including React / Vue / Svelte, etc., and have in-depth development experience 2. Understand the source code implementation of mainstream front-end UI frameworks and understand the design ideas behind the framework 3. Continue to pay attention to mainstream technologies, cutting-edge fields and best practices in the global technology community 4. Those with their own open source projects, technology products or open source community contribution experience are preferred.
