Full/Part-time Research Assistant II in the Centre for Psycho-oncology Research & Teaching and the Division of Behavioural Sciences of the School of Public Health(Ref.: 530496) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology, social sciences, sport science or related disciplines. They should have a good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English good communication and interpersonal skills knowledge of basic statistics proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and English and Chinese word processing. They should be a self-motivated and an organized team player. Experience in research and using SPSS for data analysis is highly preferred. A keen interest in psycho-oncology research would be an advantage.

The appointee will conduct cancer patient recruitment in clinical settings perform face-to-face/phone assessments with patients assist in data analysis and compiling progress report and perform other duties as assigned. He/She will work closely with the multidisciplinary team of the HKU Jockey Club Institute of Cancer Care on an implementation study.
