Responsibilities
1. Responsible for KOL marketing in specific areas of the game. According to the gameplay and characteristics of the product, combined with the characteristics of KOL on each platform, carry out celebrity strategies, create and promote the execution of celebrity content, create content with dissemination potential, and integrate and expand excellent resources in various industries 2. Create a combined ecosystem of KOLs and KOCs, work closely with internal content production departments and external content partners to produce high-quality content, promote social communication, quantify the dissemination effect of content, and continuously optimize subsequent content dissemination strategies 3. Pay close attention to the content ecosystem, formulate incentive plans and benchmark content needs, and collaborate with content departments, external partners, etc. to realize content production, launch and data recovery.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising and media, English and other related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of game marketing experience in Europe and the United States, with business-level English, and communication skills in German, French and Portuguese are preferred 3. Experienced RPG and competitive game players, with unique insights into the new two-dimensional game culture and representative circles in Europe and the United States 4. Rich experience in content marketing in the game industry, and in-depth understanding of the European and American game market 5. Possess excellent planning ability and innovative thinking, able to formulate effective incentive plans and communication strategies, good at working with different teams, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, strong data analysis ability, and able to optimize content dissemination strategies based on data.
