- Define the expectations and goals of the social ecosystem, tailored to the characteristics of casual party products, and design and optimize social links and functional support accordingly.
- Implement social systems and gameplay within the game, fostering a positive social atmosphere to enhance player engagement and game retention.
- Proactively identify and address social pain points within the game through data analysis and user observation, and optimize accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system designing, with preference given to those with comprehensive experience in social product design and implementation.
- Excellent skills in game design analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on delivering the best player experience.
- A passionate enthusiast of social interactions in games and a heavy user of mainstream social apps.
