Responsibilities
1. Responsible for game business personnel outsourcing and BPO outsourcing procurement, including resource introduction and replacement, demand delivery, contract management, risk compliance, etc. 2. Responsible for outsourcing cost management, and achieve effective reduction of outsourcing costs through procurement strategies 3. Sort outsourcing management processes and systems, continuously optimize and improve, and improve the efficiency of internal and external collaboration 4. Responsible for establishing a good cooperative relationship with suppliers, managing supplier performance, and improving the quality of outsourcing delivery.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of experience in human resources outsourcing procurement in the game industry, rich industry knowledge and insight 2. Familiar with the end-to-end full-link process of outsourcing, complete the procurement strategy formulation, procurement process promotion and delivery execution of daily demand delivery 3. Have rich experience in human resources outsourcing procurement costs, and have in-depth analysis and insights into cost structure and pricing logic 4. Have excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, fast learning ability, business negotiation ability and data processing ability 5. Have high subjective initiative and self-management and restraint ability, be positive and optimistic, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
