Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the game industry category, integrating platform and merchant resources, serving consumers with content, and achieving healthy growth of the industry's GMV 2. Responsible for the formulation of industry category core strategies, target decomposition and growth strategy output + implementation follow-up, insight into category development trends, and continuously improve category structure and richness 3. Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the industry's basic operating system, connecting with multiple internal departments, and realizing the connection and implementation of new tools, new gameplay, and new marketing, including the planning and promotion of industry category marketing activities 4. Responsible for the introduction and cultivation of key merchants in the industry, establishing a merchant growth system, and doing a good job in the tiered operation of merchants 5. Responsible for the formulation of industry category commodity strategies for big promotions, and promoting the investment scheduling of big promotion commodities 6. Responsible for the tiered and refined growth SOP + landing monitoring + methodology output of industry merchants.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in the local life industry, with experience in the wine and travel industry preferred 2. Have strong execution and solid data capabilities, and be able to systematically sort out and solve problems 3. Have strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration capabilities, and be able to create a good communication environment 4. Platform-based enterprise merchant operations, live broadcast operations, and talent operations are preferred.
