Responsibilities
1. With the content supply and consumption scale of the game on the platform and the income scale of the author as the goal, guide and help manufacturers to use the talent matching business model can help manufacturers to do a good job in budget planning, talent selection, pricing, content review, effect review and other full-link work 2. Deeply understand the demands of game manufacturers on the content platform, output and implement platform activities in different life cycles of the game, including author training activities, manufacturer business activities, content supply promotion activities, etc., long-term precipitation methods, and help products land into product solutions 3. Based on the perspectives of game manufacturers, creators, players, etc., put forward important but unmet platform product and service needs, and promote internal product and other collaborative departments to iterate platform products and services, with the goal of achieving self-service management of manufacturers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of game operation or game content platform channel operation experience, familiar with the logic of boutique game distribution English can be proficient as a working language 2.
