Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the supplier management of overseas game distribution business, including the management of the entire chain of suppliers from budget, demand planning, scheduling progress, human resources management, acceptance and delivery 2. Participate in the formulation of budget, demand planning and outsourcing plans within the overseas distribution business, follow up and implement to promote project progress, and conduct regular review 3. Responsible for the control of resources in various countries and regions for overseas distribution, and realize internal and external collaborative management 4. Responsible for establishing a good strategic partnership with suppliers and ensuring the healthy development of the external supplier ecosystem 5. Responsible for the management and expansion of the supplier resource library for overseas distribution formulate judgment criteria, and regularly evaluate and screen supplier performance based on delivery results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of work experience in game publishing related positions 2. Creative design direction: familiar with the marketing creative design demand module, including but not limited to online media, graphic, video and other module contents, understand the game marketing material process, and have relevant knowledge background 3. Content channel direction: familiar with the marketing demand module, including but not limited to new media, content production, media, channels and other module contents, those with experience in resource management such as talent marketing, KOL, MCN, etc. are preferred 4. Proficient in project management methods, with professional knowledge of project management, and excellent analysis and problem-solving skills 5. Strong learning ability and good communication skills, teamwork and organizational coordination skills, with business communication skills preferred 6. Proficient in at least one or more foreign languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, etc., and can use them as working languages those with professional knowledge related to procurement are preferred.
