Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and product design of MOBA game operation gameplay products and operation tool system products 2. Sort out business needs, be familiar with the operation methods of the game industry, and formulate practical product capabilities and strategies for business design 3. In-depth understanding of business operation scenarios, game players and business needs, pain points, and improve product experience and effects 4. Responsible for user problem collection and feedback analysis of corresponding products, and improve user satisfaction through continuous product optimization and collaboration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of product design and iteration experience, with solid product design capabilities, able to develop practical product strategies through in-depth insights into user needs and pain points, and improve user experience and satisfaction 3. Have strong communication and cross-team collaboration capabilities, work closely with the R&D team to complete product delivery, and be responsible for delivery results 4. Have strong comprehensive abilities, be good at learning, have strong logic, understand abstraction, have strong collaborative abilities, and be able to adapt to rapid changes 5. Have relevant ToC and ToB system product planning and operation experience in the game industry, and have completed product design implementation.
