Gameplay Platform Product Manager

1. Responsible for the developer capacity building of Douyin game play (including mini games and barrage gameplay), including but not limited to platform open capabilities, developer services, IDE development platform, etc. 2. Pay attention to the industry trends of mini games, actively explore and align market product experience, enhance developers willingness to settle in and operate, and promote core data growth 3. Closely cooperate with the technical and data analysis team to complete the implementation of optimization strategies and effect verification.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of product work experience, experience in B-side open platforms such as mini games/mini programs/SDK is preferred 2. Possess relevant technical background, and understand different mini game technical frameworks (such as Unity, Cocos, etc.) as a bonus 3. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, strong stress resistance, and the ability to disassemble and solve complex problems 4. Good data understanding ability, strong logical thinking ability, inquisitiveness, and strong self-driving force.
