Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development service and audit standard formulation of Douyin game play (mini games, live mini games), work closely with the internal service/audit team, and be responsible for service quality and efficiency 2. Pay attention to the full process experience and service process of platform developers, build necessary oncall and feedback mechanism processes, coordinate with the internal service team, and improve the developer's satisfaction with the operation 3. Familiar with the ecology of game manufacturers, anchors and guilds, able to continuously iterate the SOP of various service demands based on business changes, and always provide efficient and high-quality service solutions for internal and external users 4. Deeply understand the working mode of the service and audit team, and maximize the effectiveness of human resources through indicators, systems and processes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of operational work experience 2. Have good team and customer communication and collaboration capabilities, and be able to promote the smooth implementation of projects with complex processes and multiple business roles 3. Have a sense of ownership, self-driven, and result-oriented 4. Priority will be given to those with experience in the pan-entertainment industry, and priority will be given to those with service operation or management experience.
