Overview:
Join us as a Global Air Product Management Business Analyst to help shape our air freight strategy through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Corporate Air Product Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Global Sales to provide data reports that guide sales strategies.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare key reports like Daily Cargo Volume and Weekly Performance Tracking.
- Build strong relationships with air carriers.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product role within the Air Freight or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of global air freight operations, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Fluent in business-level Mandarin and English.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with RFQ processes is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex reporting and analysis.
- Strong presentation skills in both English and Chinese, able to present effectively to executives and in QBRs with carriers.
