Job Description:
Our Mars Wrigley (MW) ambition is to become a large Snacking business worth $30B Net sales by 2030 vs $17B in 2022. To support this ambition, as a next chapter of our acceleration strategy, MW will develop a new set of One Demand organizational capabilities and transformational programs (RTM Multiplier) such as intelligent Perfect Store. Driving penetration and Snacking Category Growth is at the heart of our Ambition. In that context, we estimated Conversion on our core business through Intelligent Perfect Store and excellence in execution to be worth incr $2.8B NSV. This transformation will deliver 31% of the needed organic growth that Mars will need to deliver for our 2030 ambition.
To achieve this ambition, we will need to turn our Perfect Store Program into an Intelligent Perfect StoreProgram, more grounded on insights, more holistic in channel coverage and to be deployed at scale across the different geographies.
Fragmented trade will be a key priority within the RTM multiplier by leveraging our current reach and conversion across several location unlocking a global SOP of $200mil of NSV.
The Head of IPS Asia will play a pivotal role as a transformative leader, spearheading the development and implementation of an innovative Omnichannel Perfect Store program. This individual will be responsible for driving impactful change within the business, leveraging the program to secure enduring competitive advantages for Mars Snacking.
This position will collaborate closely with the Head of IPS Latin America and MEA, to lead the strategic framework for Fragmented Trade integrating specific channels insights and best practices garnered from their experience in implementing the program across various countries. Additionally, the role will establish robust governance structures to drive widespread deployment and scalability of the program effectively.
In term of deployment, the scope of the role will include China/ South East Asia and Australia. This role will be in charge to audit the programs through an omnichannel X Ray, align the PICOFS and set up a plan of corrective actions collaboratively with local and other global sales functions. Furthermore, this position will ensure that the iPS program is deployed in line with the key principles of the iPS Mars Snacking program ensuring the key strategical initiatives (ODDA programs and IR) are deployed at scale.
It is also expected that the role will drive clear connection between our Category Strategy (Consumer Centric Snacking Category Vision) and the Picture of Success by collaborating with global one demand functions to support the MMH definition, the executional priorities, and the MVP KPI for the location in charge.
In the broader Intelligent Perfect Store team, the Global Head of IPS Asia will hold a pivotal role in spearheading change management initiatives. This includes orchestrating the transition of our IPS program from a field-specific initiative to an enterprise-wide endeavor.
