Job Description:
1.As Global HSE Functional Head, leading TSRC's Global HSE Function, promoting the improvement of strategies and technologies, improving HSE management performance, and moving towards the goal of Zero disasters, Zero injuries, Zero fines, and Zero incidents.
2.Through regulatory compliance audits, to ensure that all factories comply with local government regulations and TSRC SOP and standards.
3.Assist HSE leaders of each factory with the communication, planning, supervision, time management, safety leadership within the factory. And supervise the major HSE issues encountered by each factory and provide guidance and improvement directions.
4.Develop consistent in principle SOP and management standards of TSRC Global HSE with reference to local HSE regulations in all factories.
5.Integrate the differences in PSM regulations in each factory and continue PSM promotion.
6.Supervise each factory to maintaining relationships with the community, environmental groups, and stakeholders impacted by factory environmental impact.
7.Establish annual HSE performance targets and continuously follow-up, provide guidance on incidents and worse performance, and achieve effective correction and prevention of recurrence management in the factory.
8.Continue to promote safety culture to achieve the independent and interdependent safety culture performance of Bradley Curve.
9.Continue to strengthen TSRC HSE organizational management, communicate regularly with subsidiary HSE managers, encourage the growth of HSE members, and cultivate HSE successors.
10.ESG-related GHG and ENV emission reduction target setting and effective management.
11.Reporting of major external HSE incidents and tracing the causes of incidents as a reference for the management of each factory.
Condition:
1.Must Have
(1)ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system.
(2)OHSA 1904.7 General recording criteria, regards management of recordable incident.
(3)OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 Process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals, and (4)API 754 Process Safety Event (PSE).
(5)Abilities for occupational safety and health management experience.
(6)Abilities for Air Pollution / Wastewater / Waste / Toxic management.
(7)More than 10 years of experience in HSE management in chemical plants, and more than 3 years as HSE supervisor.
(8)Fluent in Chinese and English.
(9)Travels to each factories and offices
2.Preferred
(1)ISO 14064-1 GHG Inventory & ISO 14067 CFP.
(2)Management for firefighting and emergency response.
(3)Open-minded and Proactive personality.
