About the Opportunity

HTC VIVE is seeking an innovative Global Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for our media platform, software products, metaverse initiatives, and the 3D internet space, all aimed at serving the global community of creators, YouTubers, and gamers. This role will support our Viverse BU by identifying and implementing high-impact business growth opportunities, setting and tracking ambitious goals, and executing strategies that align with our vision of empowering digital creators and users.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize data, analytics, and industry insights to shape marketing strategies and inform business decisions.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute marketing goals that fuel our product's user acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external resources to optimize business initiatives.
  • Track, report, and present the impact of business initiatives to senior management.
  • Identify, replicate, and scale successful marketing strategies to enhance reach and engagement across our user base.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with experience in technology, gaming, or media platforms industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading business initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, sales metrics, and web analytics.
  • Ability to integrate marketing, product, and business perspectives, leveraging an in-depth understanding of user intent to enhance overall performance.
  • Skilled in web optimization, lead generation, conversion analysis, and funnel creation.
  • Proficiency with growth-hacking tools and automation platforms for campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and innovative environment.
