Purpose of the Position
This role will be responsible for designing, planning and proposing of Global Mobility incl. international relocation, expatriation and Benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Accountable for assisting mobility cases based on current practices. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support TR Manager for Mobility/ Benefits program management, design, evaluation, analysis, and communication include but not limited to expatriation compensation & benefit, expatriation process, guidelines, and policies in order to meet with project timelines and companys Mobility/ Benefit strategies
2. Partner closely with HRBP while conducting programs/ projects to ensure the implementation is appropriately and accurately executed.
3.Co-work with HRBP on all Mobility related issues by following up the policies/ guidelines to provide recommendation case by case by offering various compensation actions or solutions when needed.
4. Align internally to ensure global practices to be implemented consistently and be regarded as ONE ASUS. Plan and deploy global policy to each country, and ensure they fully understand management purposes, details, and procedures to achieve goals of global project.
