  • Pre-Boarding & Onboarding: Manage the employee pre-boarding and onboarding processes in ServiceNOW, emphasizing employee experience and compliance with HR teams.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and compliant completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Follow-Up & Support: Communicate regularly with new hires, addressing concerns, scheduling check-ins, and facilitating connections.
  • New Hire Orientation: Conduct remote orientations on company culture and procedures; maintain accurate orientation materials.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the onboarding process for efficiency and scalability.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze onboarding metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work with HR and hiring managers for smooth transitions into teams.
  • Conduct & Security: Adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

What makes you a great fit: Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or Related disciplines plus generally 5 years experience minimum in HR, with a focus on onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with remote onboarding processes.
  • Possesses a continuous improvement mindset with an eye for identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement and enhancement.
  • Technically savvy with experience leveraging technology and AI to support and improve the employee experience
