Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the shelf field strategy of cross-border e-commerce clothing categories, including but not limited to supply, traffic, and display, and responsible for industry shelf field transactions 2. Familiar with product selection logic, hierarchical management of products, formulate industry supply strategies, and guide product supply implementation have methodology or successful experience in new product cold start mechanism and hot product incubation 3. Through the understanding and analysis of search and traffic mechanisms, output product supply strategies for different fields 4. Through marketing activities and scene operations, continuously explore high-quality goods on the shelves, and form the industry's differentiated supply and operation methodology in the shelf field 5. Through data analysis, internal and external user feedback, friendly business research and other methods, discover the possibilities and room for improvement of the shelf field, and coordinate product research and development to formulate improvement plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 4 years or more of e-commerce shelf scene operation, those with product strategy, search recommendation, and promotion event operation experience are preferred 2. Strong industry market and consumer insight, understanding of the development trend of clothing categories 3. Have good user observation and strategic thinking ability, strong data analysis ability, strong learning ability, self-drive, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability, and platform awareness and user thinking.
