Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the cross-border home furnishing/FMCG/department store/beauty industry investment work, quickly focus on merchant resources according to product strategies and industry trends, formulate investment plans and strategies for high-quality suppliers/merchants, and efficiently complete sourcing and recruitment tasks from the two dimensions of high-quality merchants and the number of commodities 2. In combination with the characteristics and development direction of the content e-commerce platform, enhance the merchants willingness to cooperate with the platform, negotiate and sign cooperation agreements with merchants, and be responsible for following up on various tasks of the merchants early entry to ensure the smooth completion of the entry work 3. Help new high-quality merchants to quickly land and develop, guide merchants to make good product supply plans, maintain good communication and cooperation with merchants in the later stage, and cooperate with the coordination department to complete new planning tasks every month 4. Actively carry out market research and merchant analysis, actively provide effective business information and get results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of cross-border home furnishing/FMCG/department store/beauty and other categories of investment or operation experience 2. Mature BD experience, familiar with cross-border home furnishing/FMCG/department store/beauty and other categories, with certain merchants and industrial belt resources 3. Strong business communication and learning ability, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and timely adjust investment and merchant operation strategies 4. Result-oriented, strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and excellent organization, coordination and communication skills.
