Global Selling - Industry Operations (Women's Wear)

1. In-depth understanding of the apparel industry market segments, including but not limited to: brand-based, group-based, and factory-based women's wear 2. Complete business or project construction, combine the platform content characteristics, integrate internal and external resources, formulate industry strategies, and promote business model innovation 3. Layered operation management of key merchants, formulate merchant development plans, marketing strategies, brand building, etc. according to the business rhythm 4. Analyze business data, design and optimize marketing strategies, and complete the mining and establishment of benchmark cases.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 4 years or more of experience in integrated marketing for e-commerce platforms or brands 2. Clear logic, with relatively good successful project cases in the past 3. Strong learning ability, self-drive and stress resistance, independent thinking, and good at summarizing 4. Good industry insight and business innovation capabilities 5. Good understanding of content e-commerce, with relevant work and project experience preferred 6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills preferred.
