Responsibilities
1. Responsible for POP merchant content strategy work, with the goal of improving merchant content GMV, insight into the breakthrough points of merchants in key links such as product selection/account opening/content creation, and promote the sustainable operation of merchant content, including short video live broadcast 2. Formulate merchant content incentive policies, and provide platform strategy and gameplay support for the development of merchant self-broadcasting and short videos 3. Provide training and empowerment for POP merchants, and output effective business methodology for stratified merchants 4. Summarize and summarize cases to form a complete merchant self-operation SOP, so that the merchant content operation can develop in a healthy manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with strategic operation experience in e-commerce or transaction-based business, international e-commerce experience is preferred, and good English skills are preferred 2. Familiar with goods, content and traffic gameplay, with an overall industry perspective, and the ability to systematically refine operational methodology 3. Strong initiative, good communication and collaboration skills, strong learning ability and self-drive, and experience in project incubation from 0 to 1 is preferred 4. Good stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and able to optimize strategic play in a timely manner based on business progress 5. Like to understand and accept new things, and team management experience is preferred.
