Global Selling-Merchant Strategy (POP)

1. Responsible for the strategy formulation and performance achievement of merchant investment and cultivation, and promote the healthy growth of platform supply 2. Design merchant tiered rights and interests, including but not limited to policies, traffic, governance, logistics, etc. 3. Analyze merchant operation bottlenecks, and promote the implementation of special projects across departments 4. Build an analysis framework, disassemble and study complex topics, form merchant strategy recommendations through industry research and data analysis, and promote project implementation 5. Improve internal operational efficiency and build CRM tools to improve merchant management efficiency.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, and sales strategy preferred 2. Have data analysis/statistics knowledge, and be proficient in Excel/SQL 3. Have the ability to learn quickly, have excellent logical thinking ability and the ability to process complex information, and be able to analyze and solve problems independently 4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills, and be able to promote the implementation of conclusions and decisions.
