Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the logistics strategy operation of international e-commerce global sales-merchant self-selling business, mainly including: strategy analysis, implementation path design and construction, and promote the business team, logistics operation team, and product team to complete logistics-related optimization actions and get positive results 2. In terms of strategic analysis, combined with the relevant policies of international e-commerce in logistics and the goods and logistics cost structure of merchants, clarify the key merchants, goods and their operation strategies that are suitable for merchants self-selling business under the 3PL/FBT/4PL/cross-border direct mail modes 3. In the design and construction of implementation paths, collaborate with the industry and logistics operation teams to build logistics operation links from different perspectives for merchants and industries, as well as corresponding data monitoring systems collaborate with the logistics product team to improve the functions of supply chain and logistics-related products, such as pre-sales, sets, free shipping in stores, etc. 4. In terms of strategy implementation, promote various industry teams to implement targeted actions such as stocking for key activities, replenishment of key goods out of stock, optimization of key goods warehousing time, and clearance of slow-moving goods based on priority in the process, track the progress of various items through data, and optimize and iterate strategies that do not meet expectations in a timely manner 5. Continuously summarize and refine the corresponding methodology for each link of goods supply-sales-logistics fulfillment, and productize it to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Resume background: Bachelor degree or above, supply chain and logistics, data, statistics, operations research and other related majors are preferred 2. Relevant experience: Familiar with e-commerce supply chain, international warehousing, cross-border logistics, overseas local logistics business areas, e-commerce platform companies or international logistics work experience are preferred familiar with overseas market conditions or corresponding overseas study/life/work experience are preferred 3. Personal ability: 1) Excellent demand insight ability, can keenly grasp the pain points and needs of e-commerce merchants and users for supply chain and logistics, as well as their direction and trend 2) Strong logical thinking and data analysis and processing ability, can find patterns, problems and opportunities through data analysis, SQL proficiency is preferred 3) Have overall planning ability, and be good at structured combing and expression (including written and oral) 4) Have 0-1 project experience, have a strong ability to actively promote and can continuously summarize, precipitate and innovate in practice.
