Responsibilities
1. Product compliance policy and management: Collect and sort out the laws and regulations on consumer goods (especially clothing and textile related categories) in the target market, compile product compliance guidelines, including ingredients, labeling, testing and other requirements, and formulate operational product compliance management plans and policies 2. Target market filing and certification work: Complete the certification, filing, selection of authorized representatives, label review and testing and other compliance work required by the target market, ensure that the products meet the compliance and market access requirements of multiple target markets, and prepare inquiry response plans and mechanisms 3. Supplier and product management: Participate in the formulation of supplier review and access approval processes, supplier quality guidance and improvement, ensure that the products meet the company's compliance standards and requirements, assess product quality risks, and regularly train suppliers and third parties to ensure that all parties understand the company's compliance control requirements 4. Collaborate with legal, quality inspection, platform governance and other departments to jointly evaluate the compliance status of products, regularly communicate with relevant departments of the company on compliance progress, and prepare response plans 5. Use Chinese and English as working languages, manage the progress of compliance projects, and be responsible for the compliance of related business launches.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of relevant experience in product compliance, with professional knowledge of product compliance management and quality improvement at home and abroad, familiar with the product compliance requirements of Africa and China for consumer goods (especially clothing and textile related categories) in terms of import compliance, product safety, testing standards, product packaging, labeling, local responsible persons, recall procedures, etc. 2. Familiar with the practical implementation of product compliance management solutions in foreign trade exports, especially e-commerce export industries, and priority will be given to those with foreign-related compliance experience in e-commerce or retail industries 3. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in studying abroad or international work experience preferred 4. Proficient in English, excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing, can use it as a working language for cross-border communication, and understand cultural diversity 5. Have project management capabilities, adapt to challenges from 0 to 1, strong organizational coordination and overall planning, focus on teamwork, and be good at cross-departmental communication 6. Be proactive, patient and meticulous in work, have strong execution and responsibility, and have systematic thinking and a holistic view.
