Responsibilities
1. Help service providers locate industries, connect with brands, sort out excellent cases in different industries on a monthly basis, establish service providers, stores, accounts, influencers, goods, and traffic dimension analysis links, help service providers conduct business diagnosis, provide service providers with suggestions on product selection, content, traffic, etc., and ultimately be responsible for the GMV of the service providers under their jurisdiction 2. Design and optimize the service provider recruitment strategy, unite domestic and foreign content ecosystem forces such as Douyin and international short videos, expand the voice of cross-border service providers, and recruit high-quality service providers to join 3. Monitor the progress of merchants in various industries, and conduct tiered matchmaking of merchants, not limited to the following assistance methods: offline assistance to BD, 1V1 online matchmaking, online and offline matchmaking meetings, and formulation of service provider recommendation menus by industry 4. Collaborate with horizontal departments in policies, activities, products, publicity, training, methodology, etc., use data-driven and business analysis as accelerators, conduct operational management and control of service providers, achieve a reasonable match between high-quality merchants and service providers, and ultimately achieve an increase in the overall GMV of the platform.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of work experience, with experience in e-commerce, especially cross-border e-commerce industry/live streaming e-commerce/ToB enterprise services/merchant operation 2. Strong business development ability, good at business negotiation, able to independently reach and promote external cooperation 3. Have data thinking, can guide operations with data analysis in terms of industry trends, performance evaluation, project execution, etc. 4. Have rich project management experience and cross-departmental collaboration experience, as well as good teamwork spirit.
