Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of content marketing agencies and talent content operations for international e-commerce business, and responsible for content supply and business indicators 2. Responsible for operating talent marketing agencies, formulating and implementing recruitment strategies for agencies, driving the large-scale introduction of talents, mining high-quality talents, etc., ensuring the stable supply of content, and creating benchmark cases 3. Responsible for linking cross-departmental and talent marketing agencies and other related parties to implement talent content related operations, and improve the sales ability of talent content from data analysis, product selection optimization, talent activities and other matters 4. Integrate effective resources, explore and create high-quality talent short videos and institutional cases, and effectively disseminate them to drive the growth of content business.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce service providers or institutions, and talent operations. Those with cross-border e-commerce or overseas work and life experience are preferred. English can be used as a working language, and Spanish is a plus 2. Understand the creator ecology of the United States and Latin America, and those with institutional cooperation, content operation or live broadcast operation experience are preferred 3. Clear logic, strong data ability, and those with experience in business analysis, data analysis, etc. are preferred 4. Strong self-drive, certain stress resistance, logical and structured thinking ability, able to promote cross-departmental and cross-business line cooperation, and goal-oriented.
