1. MCN/TSP Management: Explore and connect with MCN/TSP to sell goods through short videos or live streaming 2. Talent/KOL Development and Maintenance: Develop talents through the background of the International Short Video Talent Alliance, and be responsible for the delivery and output of talent short videos 3. Provide suggestions for buyers and designers on product selection through the feedback of talents.

1. Have rich experience in e-commerce operations, and experience in the clothing industry in overseas markets will be a plus 2. Those with overseas education or work experience are preferred 3. Have your own insights into the people-goods-place model, and be able to break it down into a combination of on-site operations to improve the matching of people and goods 4. Have good data analysis and activity operation capabilities, and strong summary and abstraction capabilities 5. Be familiar with the overall process of Internet products, have clear thinking, good execution capabilities and innovation awareness 6. Have excellent cross-team communication and expression skills.
