Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation and application of the governance experience strategy of the Douyin e-commerce platform in key industries, providing the industry with a one-stop governance experience solution, and responsible for the industry governance experience result indicators 2. Combined with the industry business plan, deeply analyze the formulation and implementation details of the governance experience strategy, establish key industry strategy indicators and problem exposure mechanisms, and ensure the timely discovery of strategic problems 3. Identify key industry needs and form special projects, and be responsible for the full-link promotion and delivery of key special projects, including project planning, demand analysis, solution formulation, production and research capability building, online operation and promotion, etc. 4. Focus on identifying risk issues during the project process, promptly discover and track and coordinate until the risk issues are resolved 5. Build an industry governance collaborative guarantee mechanism, accumulate and precipitate industry general solution capabilities, and enable the expansion of multi-industry governance experience for efficient and collaborative development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant work experience in governance-related strategic operations/data analysis/project management 2. Sensitive to data, strong logical and learning abilities, and guided work with data analysis and structured thinking 3. Strong business insight and understanding, logical thinking ability, good at using data to drive decision-making, and goal-oriented 4. Excellent teamwork, communication and coordination skills, and self-driving ability, and can efficiently promote project implementation 5. Good at thinking and summarizing, and able to continuously improve work methods 6. Bonus points: Priority is given to those with industry operation experience, and experience in project planning/overall management and implementation from 0-1.
