Governance Experience Operations

1. Responsible for the experience optimization of the creator content governance link, have a deep understanding and judgment of content security, risk control, commercial security and other fields, and establish a good partnership and collaboration mechanism with the business 2. Based on data, research and business input, gain insight into user pain points and needs, discover and propose key contradictions between different roles and businesses on the platform, propose systematic solutions, and enhance core customer experience 3. Based on the governance strategy and governance process of security governance, from the perspective of user experience, discover experience problems in the governance process through data, and promote continuous optimization of governance experience.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of business operation or governance experience, experience in security governance and user experience is preferred 2. Proficient in strategic thinking, good written expression skills, good at data analysis, target decomposition and implementation 3. Able to deliver stably in a large number of users and fast-paced scenarios, have a good sense of communication and collaboration, and can effectively promote cross-team cooperation 4. Have a strong curiosity, empathy, and ambition, and good user awareness.
