Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the governance and control of contract performance violation scenarios for vacation category related categories 2. Independently undertake the definition of rules for violation scenarios, the establishment of judgment and disposal links, and be able to operate early warning improvement strategies such as pre-intervention and reduction of occurrence 3. Conduct multi-layer drill-down analysis on merchant violation portraits and violation data, locate problems, and output improvement solutions 4. Analyze user pain points from NPS and complaints, locate problems, and improve merchant fulfillment quality and user experience through governance strategies and traction mechanisms.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of work experience in travel agencies, accommodation, tickets or comprehensive, e-commerce categories, industry governance, fulfillment governance, user service operations, experience operations, and industry operations 2. Able to independently complete product demand sorting such as identification and judgment, and promote iterative product capabilities according to business needs 3. Have strong data analysis and drill-down capabilities, independently complete data analysis, and have SQL experience first 4. Strong sense of purpose, good stress resistance, good at thinking deeply about problems, and excellent business understanding.
