As a QRA (Quality Reliability Assurance) Reliability Lab Operator Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for operating equipment and running a variety of mechanical and electrical processes to test semiconductor products. You will verify and track product, monitor processes, and respond to problems. In this role you will communicate with various engineering, technical, and manufacturing groups to receive special requests, coordinate test equipment usage, log equipment, or pass down shift status. In this work environment you will be expected to follow applicable safety, electro-static discharge (ESD), and cleanroom procedures.

Responsibility

-Night Shift only

-Follow planner's instruction to do daily load/ unload tasks

-Do visual inspection for all the products to monitor the samples integrity

-Samples delivery contact between MTB and AATT

-Respond to tool alarms

-Be responsible for lab 6S

-Ensure equipment condition is aligned with travel card

-Lot tracking in MAM and MES (upcoming in FY25)

-Fill out check sheet

-Follow electro-static Discharge (ESD) specifications

-Follow cleanroom procedures

-Follow area safety procedures and report any issues

-Communicate with Engineering for special requests

-Report process problems to the appropriate group

-Work with Other Departments for Test Equipment/Usage

-Coordinate with Burn-in for test equipment and boards

-Coordinate with QRA Engineering for test equipment

-Manpower will be leveraged between Burn-in/ ATE/ Lab
