Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall hardware R&D related work of the company's display products, grasp the technical direction, participate in product strategic decision-making, and support the exploration, pre-research and implementation of innovative products
2. Familiar with hardware architecture design and principle design, have complete and rich hardware architecture planning experience, promote the selection of key components and system integration of the company's display product line, and be familiar with product design based on FPGA architecture and SOC architecture
3. Responsible for collecting and actively exploring user needs and pain points, continuously improving products according to business, and enhancing user perception
4. Responsible for the selection, overall design, hardware principle design, PCB drawing and debugging of display product hardware solutions, and complete more complex circuit debugging and problem solving in product development
5. Establish cooperative relationships with hardware suppliers, effectively coordinate hardware resources and maintain ecological resources, and connect with chip factories, board factories, mold factories, structural design and other resources.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics, communications and other related majors
2. More than 3 years of experience in product development, product planning, and project management, with LCD or LED display product development industry experience preferred
3. Solid hardware R&D capabilities and supplier coordination capabilities
4. Strong learning ability, strong insight and sensitivity to cutting-edge and innovative technologies
5. Rich upstream and downstream R&D ecological chain resources.
