Job Responsibilities
1. Beijing BOE Hospital is under construction and needs head nurses for general internal medicine, general surgery, outpatient clinics, operating rooms, disinfection supply, science and education, etc.
2. Under the leadership of the director of the nursing department, participate in the establishment of the nursing system and be responsible for the planning and construction of the corresponding nursing units, administrative management and business work
3. Supervise and inspect the nursing staff's cooperation with doctors in diagnosis and treatment. Understand the patient's condition and guide nurses to strictly follow the doctor's orders for treatment and care. Do a good job in various records and handover work
4. Supervise nursing staff to conscientiously implement the hospital's various rules and regulations and technical operating specifications, and strictly prevent errors and accidents
5. Develop work plans, check the completion of various nursing work, and ensure the quality of nursing
6. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the use and storage of medicines, equipment and various necessary items, and make plans for requesting, timely repairs and reporting of losses
7. Strengthen the professional and technical ability training of nursing staff and continuously improve their professional level
8. Responsible for organizing nursing scientific research, nursing experience summary and technological innovation
9. Supervise nurses, caregivers, and cleaners to keep the diagnosis and treatment area clean, tidy, and quiet, do a good job of disinfection and isolation, and prevent cross infection
10. Make good nursing plans, quality control assessments and work summaries, and report various statistical tables regularly as required
11. Other matters assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 5 years of work experience in a tertiary A-level hospital
3 years of work experience in the same position
Required major: Nursing
Other requirements:
1. Priority will be given to those with experience in hospital planning, outpatient management, and department planning
2. Familiar with the nursing operation planning, processes, quality control standards, etc. of the corresponding department
3. Experience as a head nurse in a large hospital and certain management experience
4. Familiar with new nursing concepts and trends, and have a certain understanding of the construction of a new nursing system under the tiered diagnosis and treatment model
