General Description:
This position is accountable for quality and sustainable agency headcount growth, including recruitment strategic planning, recruitment campaigns design and maintenance, providing overall recruitment contracting and benefits support as well as managers recruitment skills development to both Hong Kong and Macau agency.
Reporting to the Chief Agency Officer, Hong Kong & Macau, this position is responsible for strategic planning of agency recruitment initiatives eg. Project LEAP, IP Recruitment Consultant - joint calls with agency leaders for IP recruitment, recruitment recognition and incentives programs, reviewing and revising all recruitment profiles to ensure high competitiveness compared to market as well as the strategic planning of C.E.O. Program and Mainland Elite recruitment -- focusing on IANG and TTPS recruitment to drive MCV business growth. This role also leads a team of agency contracting and benefits staff to deliver based on business needs. The incumbent has to coach and develop agency managers recruitment skills as well.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design of appropriate and competitive recruitment programs and campaigns to drive the recruitment of agents, for both industry and organic profiles that align with Company's direction to grow a premium agency force Oversee and lead the recruitment initiatives and special projects to drive quality and sustainable agency growth and development In charge of industry recruitment and to lead on the recruitment package design and review to align with the market's best practices and ensure our competitiveness Responsible for the strategic planning of C.E.O. Program to drive the recruitment of high calibre professionals and rapid career advancement Design and promote effective sales incentives / recognition campaigns, development workshops for C.E.O. Program so as to drive sales, increase productivity as well as competence of C.E.O. advisors Oversee and review the Corporate Business Coaching initiative to ensure the one-on-one coaching format is effective to groom our C.E.O. advisors to grow and excel Plan and supervise the execution of agency recruitment activities to ensure successful achievement of recruitment targets and grow agency manpower for our long-term business growth Design and promote effective recruitment seminars, developmental and motivational workshops / activities to drive quality managers to increase productivity and competence Drive the Mainland Elite Talent & Business Development initiatives, business volume and mix at enterprise level Provide overall leadership for the Mainland Elite Talent & Business Development initiatives, focusing on IANG and TTPS recruitment, to ensure the agreed business results are delivered Lead a team of Agency Contracting & Benefits staff to cooperate closely with Agency Compensation, Distribution Compliance and Legal in formulation of work process, recruitment profiles and new agent contracts that aligned with regulator's requirements and best practices Collaborate with Field Force, Zone Heads, Agency Directors and different departments to formulate an efficient work process to ensure timely and quality completion of the recruitment process and good onboarding experience for new agents

The incumbent should be familiar with agency recruitment market as well as the statutory requirement on insurance intermediaries licensing. He/she will be responsible for planning and devising Company recruitment strategies so as to boost agency recruitment and sustainable headcount growth. The incumbent has to manage various recruitment projects, including but not limited to recruitment platform, training, campaign and promotion. He/she should maintain strong bonding with field force to ensure proper support provided to suit the needs of agency as well as effective execution of recruitment projects
