Head of Antitrust Legal Affairs

1. Lead the team to provide monopoly risk and unfair competition risk assessment for the development, operation and commercialization of the company's business and products, and provide effective and executable risk reduction measures to ensure the smooth development of the business 2. Carry out compliance investigation and rectification of anti-unfair competition, and be responsible for antitrust declaration and assessment of operator concentration 3. Establish and optimize the antitrust system, carry out antitrust compliance publicity and training, and enhance the antitrust compliance awareness of the business side 4. Cooperate with other departments to conduct forward-looking research on competition laws, participate in legislative policy feedback and external exchanges and discussions.

1. Bachelor degree or above in law-related majors, with a systematic antitrust knowledge system and rich practical experience 2. More than 5 years of legal work experience and more than 3 years of team management experience 3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and show good coordination ability and team cohesion in cross-departmental cooperation 4. Have strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and have a sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
