YieldNest is a next-generation liquid restaking protocol that provides simple-to-understand, risk-adjusted restaking strategies.

Its mission is to abstract away the complexities of restaking by building a one-stop shop for easy-to-understand nLRT and LRT-based products with superior risk-adjusted returns.

YieldNest envisions a thriving and ever-expanding multi-sided restaking market across various verticals. It aims to establish a long-term symbiotic relationship among restakers, node operators, and Actively Validated Services (AVS).

Position Overview:

YieldNest is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to spearhead strategic collaborations and partnerships with key players in the crypto and DeFi space. The ideal candidate will be a crypto-native individual with a proven track record of securing high-value partnerships, driving growth initiatives, and maximizing opportunities in the rapidly evolving DeFi landscape. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading projects, protocols, exchanges, and influencers in the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user acquisition, liquidity, and overall platform growth.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, including contribution-, investment-agreements, marketing collaborations, and joint initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with YieldNest's objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, leveraging insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership assets, including marketing materials, integration guides, and co-branded content.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the crypto and DeFi space.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and crypto markets.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with industry-leading organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
