Head of Diagnostics Value, Medical & Market Access

Job Purpose :

Head of Diagnostics Value, Medical & Market Access must have a strong purpose to enable and empower both the Diagnostics Value and Medical team(s), to provide better outcomes to Innovating Diagnostics, Shaping Healthcare and Changing Lives in Taiwan.

As the Head of Diagnostics Value, Medical & Market Access, you think and act entrepreneurially, taking the whole system perspective; translate critical thinking into meticulous and thoroughly developed business strategies to ensure that the organization will thrive in the near and long-term.

You will be a part of the Roche Dia (RD) Taiwan Leadership Team and should role model VACC leadership and live the LT Purpose Statement. In addition you are expected to work closely and collaboratively with other members of the LT to achieve RD Taiwan's short and long term strategy. Through this way of leading, it is important that you build impactful teams who are customer focused that exemplify an agile, creative and learning organization.

You are responsible for shaping and delivering the product & medical strategy across the broad portfolio of RDTW. The strategies must connect holistically to deliver medical value to clinicians and patients, enable or close gaps in patients treatment pathways and improve the testing efficiency of laboratory & hospital customers.

In addition, you will be expected to collaborate closely with other commercial teams in RDTW, Roche Pharma Taiwan, APAC & global teams when delivering and completing the above mentioned strategies.

Last but not least, you must have the will and tenacity to inspire change & improvements in the Taiwan healthcare ecosystem and truly live and deliver the Roche motto of Doing what patients need next.

Responsibilities :

• You take an active role in co-creating and safeguard the new ways of working and culture by being an ambassador and role model.
• You lead the marketing and medical strategy and efforts of Roche Dia Taiwan through the provision and coordination of all marketing and engagement activities for existing and new solutions and products in order to achieve the overall vision and goals.
• You will chip in significantly to the achievement of important financial targets such as sales, profits.
• You build strong internal and external relationships while developing partnership and alliances to bring important insights that catalyze strategy and product/service delivery and solution development.
• You take ownership over the disease management strategy & execution by coordinating and planning appropriate resources to chip in to the improvement of Patient's healthcare journey.
• You act as a visionary, connecting the Roche vision to the functions, teams, squads and people. You act as a catalyst to remove silo and roadblocks, encourage smart-risk taking, experimentation and resource flexibility.
• You build a future ready Diagnostics Value team through the development of functional expertise and future oriented capabilities.

Expertise :

Education :

• University degree and above in Science, Marketing or Business Management is required

Experience :

• More than 10 years experience in Commercial roles in related industries is required.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, of which at least 2+ years experience in top

management level is strongly preferred

• Consistent track record of bringing value with and for customers to craft the market and customers needs.
• Experience in a diverse and inclusive environment.
