We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Head of Digital Commercialization.
Principal responsibilities:- Develop and manage the deployment of the overarching commercialization strategy that positions Digital as an increasing driver of WPB's revenue, cost and business improvement, with a particular focus on the following priority
- Lead digital proposition development and develop a coherent and executable partnership strategy to drive new digital leads, content partnerships and realize new commercial benefits from the delivered platforms
- Explore new digital marketing trends and technology and harness big data, continually research, and identify opportunities, support Head of Digital
- Banking to take WPB's commercialization strategy and business growth to the next level
- Devise robust result tracking and dashboard support to produce actionable and timely digital commercialization insights
- Work closely with the Digital Product and Platform teams, Product Owners, Data Analytics, Proposition and Marketing, to optimize customer communications and contact strategy on digital platforms
- Collaborate with business units, channel teams, marketing, and IT in driving WPB's impactful digital commercialization strategy: taking advantage of opportunities, setting standard to mitigate potential risk, design and manage the digital customer journeys from acquisition, on boarding, retention to reactivation, with the connectivity power of external media and our internal platforms to drive the commonly shared digital growth agenda
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for WPB Digital Banking that is aligned to the overall HASE vision, values and goals, and inspires and engages people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer-centred culture
- Manage operational risks including the identification, assessment, mitigation and controls, loss identification of, and reporting on those risks
Requirements:
Solid experience in managing retail banking channels / digital's sales and/or marketing strategy, and navigating and delivering business results in a matrixed organization Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and analytics to gain actionable insights Extensive digital expertise and strong leadership in driving ecommerce and communication campaigns, demonstrated by proven track record in delivering effective external media strategy and internal communications Strong team leadership to manage project teams and engage with diverse business and functional stakeholders, coach and support teams at different levels Strong problem-solving skills with conceptual and analytical capabilities to work with ambiguities Strong written communication skills, ability to clearly document the current state and the recommendations University degree in Marketing, e-Commerce OR other relevant qualifications At least 8-10 years retail banking experience High proficiency in English and Chinese
