We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Head of Digital Platform.
Principal responsibilities:- Develop vision and strategy for WPB's digital platforms (mobile, online banking and security) to achieve financial, digital penetration and customer engagement targets
- Provide strategic direction to lead development and implementation capabilities of WPB's digital platforms delivering best-in-class customer experience at key touch-points with WPB's digital channels
- In close collaboration with WPB Technology and the exploration of fin Fintech / innovation opportunities, shape and deliver the roadmap for enhancing the mobile and online banking platforms for WPB, with the aim to enable the value streams to deliver customer journeys more effectively and efficiently, maximize reuse of digital assets across WPB, as well as ensure regulatory compliance, control and stability of the platforms
- Provide business leadership and input in ongoing maintenance of the digital platforms, continuously driving experience improvement and optimization of the maintenance spend and platform performance
- Establish a consistent business architecture across WPB maximizing effectiveness and efficiency of capabilities
- Deliver Hang Seng digital capabilities including everyday banking, transactional and account services and ensure the timely delivery of these features across multiple digital platforms with the
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize business and customer delivery in the digital platforms for the best of user engagement
- Define and implement the Agile operating model in WPB to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of change delivery
- Develop business analysis, delivery management, market activation and business QA and testing disciplines and embed these capabilities into value stream teams to achieve high-paced and well-coordinated delivery of capabilities to our customers and colleagues
- Manage operational risks including the identification, assessment, mitigation and controls, loss identification of, and reporting on those risks
Requirements:
Seasoned financial services professional with experiences in project management, digital platforms/products, strategy formulation and implementation, and people management Strong team leadership to manage project teams and engage with diverse business and functional stakeholders, coach and support teams at different levels Strong problem-solving skills with conceptual and analytical capabilities to work with ambiguities Acute sense of business direction and thorough knowledge of WPB business and Fintech to exercise sound judgment in cross-WPB initiatives Keep abreast of technology and market developments, and business trends to explore new business and innovative opportunities Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes Strong written communication skills, ability to clearly document the current state and the recommendations University degree in a relevant discipline, or a professional qualification High proficiency in English and Chinese
