Head of Insurance Commercial Products

1. Responsible for insurance/protection product innovation, product demand design, formulate product evolution path based on current business conditions/and quickly implement it, improve product iteration efficiency and support business development 2. Collaborate with operations, technology, risk, business and other teams to jointly promote project implementation, and lead the design of business platform product solutions with universality and extensibility.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet platforms, familiar with e-commerce, UG and other large user/traffic platform product architecture design is preferred 2. Excellent user perspective and product experience grasp ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and learning ability, excellent planning and project promotion ability. 3. More than 5 years of team management experience, able to lead the team to achieve performance goals.
