Job Description:

As a IT Team Leader with performing IT operation, infrastructure management and Vendor Management.

1.To provide overall direction and guidance to ensure efficient operation of the PCALT's network, servers, databases, and equipment.

2.To direct the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing platform, network, and hardware problems.

3.To work closely with the staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

4.To collaborate closely with various IT functions, Infrastructure Operations will ensure successful transition and sustained operations of all new infrastructure into the live environment.

5.To manage and plan the information systems environment (including off-site backup) in accordance with the Group's IT infrastructure and architecture and IT security policies, and deliver accurate and timely information system services based on information service level agreements

6.To ensure stable IT services supported by prudent incident and problem management

Requirements:

1.Management, Incident/Problem management Experience.

2.Worked in Foreign Financial company(Insurance or Bank) over 5 years

3.IT Infar and Technical Support Management Experience.

4.Good Communication/Relationship with users & Technical support team.

5.Familiar with IT internal processes, policies and procedures in Financial industry.
